AirPOS Pay customers can now view their card sales and fees in one simple to use report

At AirPOS we're commited to transparency, in fact it's what sets us apart from so many other providers in the POS and payments space. Why? Because without a contract we can't ever tell you anything that isn't true; you'll simply leave and go elsewhere!
With this in mind we have released a detailed payments report for our AirPOS Pay customers detailing their payments revenue and exactly what they pay in processing fees to Stripe (of which we get a percentage) as a single figure. No PCI compliance fees, no cards splits, no wrapped up payouts, no terminal rental or any of the other things less honest providers use to obscure the figures, just what you take and what you pay openly and transparently, allowing you to make a fast and informed decision on the value we provide. And remember all of our reports are available on the go in our handy (and free!) reporting app for your phone or tablet.
Also are you over-paying for your next day payouts? It's time to ask your provider (remember after the January 6th legislative change in the UK they have to transparently give you a breakdown of fees!). We're seeing additional hidden fees as high as 1% of your overall volume being charged for faster payouts.
Tips on screen on the WisePOS E

We've made a huge improvement to how customers can take tips on our WisePOS E Stripe reader. Now customers can select three set tipping amounts on the reader screen as well as a custom amount allowing customers to quickly and seamlessly choose how much to tip on the reader screen as they are making their payments. Staff love it as they get a higher yield of tips and don't have to ask customers to tp them. Get in touch with our support if you'd like us to enable this for you.
Improvements to the customers pages
We've had reports of business with a large amount of customer accounts having issues loading up the customers page. We're almost ready with an update on this that will both load the page much quicker but also store the page so that you don't need to load it all every time you visit.
We're building a food and beverage POS!

While many customers are happily using our retail focused solution in their bars, pubs and clubs we've been heavily focused on gathering the requirements for a great Food and Beverage POS which we've started work on as we speak.
The top requests we've had include:
- Kitchen and bar printing of bills
- A much faster interface for entering items when there's a queue of customers including the use of tabs
- Not locking up AirPOS Pay when someone is paying i.e the ability for staff to create tabs while a payment is being taken on a previous tab
